So much fun to try "writing" poetry in a new way! Have you all tried this? Or have you come up with some other ways of "writing" poetry or stories?

I still need to try this, thanks for sharing!
My pleasure, Fida! :) It's a lot of fun - hope you get to try it out soon!

What a FUN idea!!!! Love it!
This is really fun isn't it! I have done a few for read-a-thon challenges and I always love it! I just did one yesterday-so much fun. You did a great job on yours!
How fun! I love spine poetry. I wish I were more poetic!!
Thanks for including my book :)
That is so neat! I have often made up stories by stringing together "spines" but I've never tried poetry. What a task it'd be to make it rhyme! :) Very clever! :)
Jessica,
Isn't it, though?? I had a blast trying to fit titles together - so many lovely titles and book spines! :)
Looking forward to moving your book from my TBR to my "currently reading" stack!

Abbi,
It is, indeed! Just took a look at the recent one on your blog - oh my goodness! I love it!! So romantic. :)
Thanks for stopping by to read mine!

Sarah,
I now see what all the fuss is about - this spine-poetry thing is fun! :) I was more than happy to include your latest title! Looking forward to starting it very soon. :)

Rachel,
Oooh, I bet there are some great story ideas that could arise from combined titles/spines! :) And rhyming spine poetry? Yep, that would be quite the task! ;)
Thanks for stopping by!

Well done! That was fun.
Juju,
Thank you! (And great rhyme! ;))

Aw, fun! It's been interesting to see all the blogs on my dashboard participating in this. Gotta' love these cool memes - someone always starts out with a neat idea! :)
Terrific photos, Amber!

Hasn't it been fun, though? Love seeing what everyone comes up with - and I love when ideas catch fire like that! :)
Thanks so much! A pro photographer, I'm not, but I'm glad you enjoyed them just the same. ;)

This is so groovy! I especially like the second poem, with the noble groom and false princess -- there's a story there, waiting to be told. Dig it!
Hamlette,
Thank you! Yeah, the "noble groom" and "false princess," just begged to go together - it was kind of fun to have a story sort of poem. :) That could be interesting to explore sometime!

This poetry piece is so awesome! I'll defintely try this sometime. I personally think this is the greatest poetry invention of all time ... probably said that because it involves books (what would I do without them *sighing*) ;).
Miranda,
Thanks so much! You should definitely try it - I'm glad I was inspired to, as it's lots of fun and exercises your creativity in different ways. :) I'm in agreement - this is a pretty awesome idea/invention, isn't it?? Yay books!

I've been seeing this unique and fun spine poetry EVERYWHERE! It's such a neat idea. I really enjoyed both of yours and I'm slightly envious of your book collection! LOL! Thanks for sharing!

And thank you! Yeah, my book collection has been growing by leaps and bounds...LOL.

You put together some great poems too! Good job :)
Crystal,
I so agree - lots of fun! :) Would love to see what you come up with!
And thanks so much for the kind words. :) I had a lot of great titles to work with!
