Aww, thanks for checking out my review! J...Meghan,

Aww, thanks for checking out my review! Just read yours, and it's great! That's awesome that you loved A Thousand Shall Fall - and you're so right that you have to appreciate a book that can combine a well-paced story with some great history lessons. :)

It's fun to hear others' opinions on different elements of the stories we read. Thank you for sharing yours! And for the great reminder that we can learn a lot to apply to our own writing through reading the various writing styles of others.

Happy you stopped by, friend!

~AmberAmber Holcombhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15100265646497152198noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4163733401418146284.post-58251189639179141612015-12-07T08:50:48.933-07:002015-12-07T08:50:48.933-07:00I was so glad to review this book, my friend. And ...I was so glad to review this book, my friend. And loved your review. :) Any Civil War fiction I'm up for. LOL The historical detail and the formality of the language (period correct!) were two things I just loved despite how less-formal writing styles like Joanne Bischof draw me in deeper to the characters. So great to read and glean from others' writing styles as I write too.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
